*A donation will be made to Heart of Dinner. Heart of Dinner exists to combat food insecurity and isolation among Asian American elderly who face inequity. We do this by delivering care packages of hot lunches and fresh produce every Wednesday, lovingly paired with a handwritten and illustrated letter in their native language to bring warmth and comfort.
General Admission

* The main stage is located in the stadium similar to arena viewing and split into GA grandstand bowl and VIP floor. If you want access to the floor of the main stage, you must purchase a VIP Floor or 1999 Club pass.
VIP
One (1) VIP pass valid for entry into the festival.
- Access to the VIP floor of the main stage located in the stadium bowl.
- Dedicated VIP festival entry lane for fast access into the festival.
- Merch package including one (1) limited edition Head in the Clouds tote bag and one (1) limited edition Clo Plushie. *

1999 Club
One (1) 1999 Club pass valid for entry into the festival (aka the Super VIP experience that guarantees you a seat with premium viewing all day).
- One (1) RESERVED seat in the 1999 Club section located in the center section of the lower bowl of the main stage.
- Access to exclusive 1999 Club lounge with dedicated seating, shade, restrooms and concessions.
- Access to the VIP floor of the main stage located in the stadium bowl. *

- Venue doors open at 2pm. Curfew is 10pm.
- All sales are final.
- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
- No re-entry permitted.
- Event will take place rain or shine.
- Please contact the point of purchase for your tickets if you run into any issues.
- Event time, lineup, venue, and set times are subject to change.
- VIP Floor access subject to venue capacity restrictions.
- Food and beverages sold separately.
- Passes will only be available on the AXS Mobile App closer to the event date.

25% DOWN PLAN (4 Equal Payments)
For a limited time, put 25% down at the time of purchase, followed by up to three (3) equal payments of the remaining balance charged on the 1st and 15th of each month until the order is paid in full. Available starting February 9th, 2024 through February 16th, 2024.
50% DOWN PLAN (2 Equal Payments)
Put 50% down at the time of purchase, followed by one (1) payment on April 1st, 2024. Now available through March 18th, 2024.
- Payment Plans are available for all orders over $150.
- A $4 fee per installment is charged for payment plans.
- You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
- You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
- Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
- Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
- No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
- If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
- If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order may be canceled at any time.
- Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.

On event days, the Box Office will open 2 hours before the listed door time for that event. Please note that on event days, the Box Office is located in the parking lot of the Westside Tennis Club at 1 Tennis Place at Burns Street.
Original purchaser must present a valid photo ID, order confirmation and credit card used for purchase to pick up the order.
